Kate-Lois Elliott is a comedian, actor and writer based in the UK. She tells stories that are self-deprecating and (according to a drunk man at the Fringe) unexpectedly profound. She also makes (same guy) 'really weird' sketches.
Kate was nominated for a British Writers' Guild Award in
2022 for Best Online Comedy (How to be Maggie: With
Maggie P), and the Funny Women Content Creator
Awards in 2021. She was a finalist in the British Comedy
Guide Pro Awards 2022 and West End New Act
Competition 2023.
Kate has appeared on the BBC,
Netflix and in the West End. She is also
one half of Diversify Podcast, whose guests
have included Ria Lina, Kai Samra,
Maisie Adam and Tez Ilyas.
Her award-winning (Brighton Fringe) sell-out
show Gentrif*cked, toured UK festivals &
theatres in 2023 and her debut show
How to Belong Without Joining A Cult
is currently circulating the UK & coming to
Edinburgh Fringe with Gilded Balloon in August.
